The Business Management program AAS is designed to meet the needs of recent high school graduates and others from the world of work who want to acquire new, develop old, or supplement existing skills and knowledge in and about business.
Outcomes
Students will: Demonstrate the ability to apply business management concepts and practices to tangible business situations. Demonstrate the ability to organize and present business-related information in oral and written presentations. Be able to identify business management problems, coordinate available resources, consider alternatives, and make logical decisions.

Job opportunities include administrative assistant, management trainee, department head, branch manager, office manager, manager of small business, and supervisor. |
Considerations When Selecting Courses |
Transfer is not the primary purpose of this AAS degree. Students who wish to transfer to earn a Bachelor's degree should work with an advisor early in their program to choose courses that align with a four-year program.

Associate Transfer Degree Completion | Students must earn 25% of their credits at ESCC for an Associate degree from our institution. Students who transfer to ESCC with a completed Associate degree will be awarded SDV 100 and will have their transcript evaluated for other course transfer. Students who transfer to ESCC with a completed Bachelor degree from a U.S. college or university will be awarded SDV 100, ENG 111 and ENG 112. The transcript will be evaluated for other course transfer. |
Completion of Associate Degree Concurrent with High School | ESCC does not distinguish between students earning an associate degree concurrently, while in high school, or after high school graduation. |
