Bachelor of Arts
Ferrum College

History is the study of the interaction of cultural, geographical, political, and economic forces and how they have shaped the world of the past and present. Thus the major in history provides a solid preparation for career and personal endeavor in the contemporary world. The major offers excellent background for students preparing for law school, graduate study, teaching, and public service.
