Associate of Science in Education Degree
Associate of ScienceVirginia Peninsula Community College
Associate of Science (A.S.) in Education degree is a two-year program designed to provide foundational knowledge and skills with pathways including Elementary Education (Pk-6) and Special Education. This program will prepare Virginia Peninsula Community College (VPCC) students for entry-level positions like teacher's aides, preschool teachers, or paraeducators while laying the groundwork for further education to pursue a bachelor's degree in education and licensure.

| Applying for Guaranteed Admissions | Virginia's community colleges offer students more than the opportunity to earn a degree or certificate; they provide a gateway to the Commonwealth's four-year colleges.
