This program stresses issues related to the hospitality industry. Excellent customer service is the focus in all classes. Emphasis is on management for graduates to enter employment and grow in this career pathway.

Outcomes

This program includes two courses and two internships opportunities related to key aspects of the industry – lodging and guest services. The hands-on experiences and observations that make up the internships will provide students with the opportunity to learn the ways in which sound decision-making and commitment to guest services are needed in all aspects of the industry.

Associate Transfer Degree Completion We award SDV 100 credit for prior learning for transfer students who have completed an Associate degree or higher.

Completion of Associate Degree Concurrent with High School Students earning an associate degree while in high school are not eligible for guaranteed admission programs and must complete 3 college specific general education courses. All courses are evaluated and transferred as applicable to your degree.
