The development of business and industry has resulted in a great demand for qualified personnel in the area of business management. Agribusiness includes not only farm production, but also the many businesses and organizations that support and provide inputs to farmers. This input supply sector includes the businesses that provide seed, fertilizer, chemicals, feed, fencing, equipment, and other inputs to farmers. It also includes the financing sector, insurance, services such as veterinary care, and the output marketing sector.

Transfer Guidance Element	What You Need to Know
Associate Transfer Degree Completion	The student development (SDV 100) requirement at SVCC is waived for students who have completed an associate or baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited institution. All other coursework is evaluated and transferred as applicable to your degree.
Completion of Associate Degree Concurrent with High School	Students earning an associate degree while in high school are not eligible for guaranteed admission programs. All courses are evaluated and transferred as applicable to your degree.
Credit for Prior Learning	We accept AP, IB, Dantes, and CLEP results for college credit if the score earned meets college expectations.
