ENGR101: Introduction to Engineering Design
This course encourages the development of visualization, technical communication, documentation, and fabrication skills including 3-D geometric modeling as applied to CAD applications using current methods and techniques commonly found in industry. Students will receive an introduction to engineering design and the analysis of a machine or system, including team problem solving. Emphasis will be placed on applying engineering design in additive manufacturing applications and learning basics of hobbyist microcontrollers. (3)
