Is This Degree Right For Me?
-
When we study English, we grow our capacity to understand others and to be understood by them. By analyzing the influential texts of multiple cultures, we develop our abilities to empathize and think critically. While designing our own texts, we learn to pursue topics we are passionate about with creativity and clarity. The strategies for asking questions and analyzing arguments that we practice in every class make English majors better citizens of the world, prepared to engage with their coworkers and communities as innovators and leaders.
What Is The Impact On My Degree Of Work I Have Already Completed?
-
Associate Transfer Degree Completion: The completion of the transfer-oriented degree program will satisfy the REAL Curriculum (lower division/general education) requirements. Students will need to complete all other University, college, and departmental requirements in order to obtain the baccalaureate degree from RU.
