Richard Bland College of William & Mary is a selective, residential two-year college offering academically rigorous programs, with up to 80% financial assistance for high performing students, and intercollegiate athletics. The College's Exceptional Student Experience (ESE@RBC) program provides each student with a dedicated Learner Mentor who uses real-time information to keep students on course to graduation. Richard Bland College professors are ranked among the best in the region, with over 80% of instruction delivered by full-time faculty. The College boasts a small and diverse student population of 2,200 on a picturesque 750+ acre campus located just south of Richmond, Virginia.

A transfer student is degree-seeking student that has completed coursework at a post-secondary institution other than Ri...see moreA transfer student is degree-seeking student that has completed coursework at a post-secondary institution other than Richard Bland College. Transfer students must have graduated from an accredited high school or have earned a GED. They must also provide their final high schools transcripts, official transcripts for any post-secondary coursework, and have achieved, at minimum, a cumulative 2.0 GPA at the last post-secondary institution they attended. Special circumstatnce may require additional documentation. If a student transfers from an institution while on academic probation, that student may only enroll in a maximum of 12 credit hours at Richard Bland College and will be subject to Richard Bland College's academic probation policies as well. A list of these policies will be included with the letter of admission. An applicant that is currently serving a suspension from another post-secondary institution will not be eligible for admission until that applicant has been separated from their previous institution and one full semester has passed.
