A transfer student is degree-seeking student that has completed coursework at a post-secondary institution other than Ri...see moreA transfer student is degree-seeking student that has completed coursework at a post-secondary institution other than Richard Bland College. Transfer students must have graduated from an accredited high school or have earned a GED. They must also provide their final high schools transcripts, official transcripts for any post-secondary coursework, and have achieved, at minimum, a cumulative 2.0 GPA at the last post-secondary institution they attended. Special circumstatnce may require additional documentation. If a student transfers from an institution while on academic probation, that student may only enroll in a maximum of 12 credit hours at Richard Bland College and will be subject to Richard Bland Colleges academic probation policies as well. A list of these policies will be included with the letter of admission. An applicant that is currently serving a suspension from another post-secondary institution will not be eligible for admission until that applicant has been separated from their previous institution and one full semester has passed.
