Paul D. Camp Community College is a small, two-campus institution located in rural Southeastern Virginia. Serving residents of the cities of Franklin and Suffolk and the counties of Isle of Wight and Southampton, Camp's mission is to provide accessible, quality higher education, workforce training, and community development in our service region, while supporting success for a diverse student population, and fulfilling the needs of our employers.

Transfer students who are ineligible to return to a particular curriculum in a previous college generally may not be allowed to enroll in the same curriculum at Camp until one semester elapses or until an approved preparatory program at the college is completed. Eligibility is determined on a case by case basis, and the college can impose special conditions for the admittance of such students.
