The Management degree program is designed to serve the needs of individuals presently employed in businesses and those who are interested in ownership or management of businesses. Additionally, the program is designed for those who may be seeking a promotion and have the potential for supervisory and management positions. Students will gain a solid foundation in key business areas and management. Students will develop critical thinking skills and practices to address business issues and skills in strategic management.

Considerations When Selecting Courses

Be aware that some courses are only offered in either Fall or Spring semesters only.

  • Create a schedule for all required courses, pay attention to prerequisites and when courses are offered, complete your first math and English courses in your first year

Program Requirements Beyond Specific Courses Program includes a internship course to apply business knowledge learned in the program.
Doing More With Your Degree Prepares students to manage a small business or to be a supervisor in a variety of industries
Program Successes & Highlights Although this program is designated non-transferable, Reynolds has transfer agreement with Old Dominion University (online program available) to complete a four-year degree.
