POLI 342 Modern to Contemporary Political Thought Semester course; 3 lecture hours. 3 credits. A survey of leading political ideas of modern and contemporary thought. This course is intended to introduce students to the fundamental concepts and questions of political theory and to acquaint students with the works of several modern political philosophers.
