EET210: ELECTRONIC CIRCUITS
Semiconductor properties and semiconductor devices including diodes, MOS field-effect transistors, junction field-effect transistors and bipolar junction transistors. The ideal operational amplifier and its applications. FET and BJT biasing, including constant current biasing, and amplifier circuits with emphasis on DC modeling and graphical analysis, including Multisim simulation of circuit biasing. Prerequisites: EET 110.
