AVT222: Drawing I

Introduction and exploration of the fundamentals of drawing methods and materials, with emphasis on observational study and critical analysis of the effective and expressive use of line, mass, value, perspective, and formal composition. Emphasis on problems involved in representational and abstract visual interpretations of forms. Notes: AVT majors encouraged to take AVT 222 with AVT 104.
