MATH245: Proofs and Discrete Math

Topics are presented so as to develop facility with methods of proof and mathematical argument. Topics will include logic, sets, binary relations, functions, elementary number theory, mathematical induction, and other topics at the discretion of the instructor. Students should take MATH 240 concurrently or prior to MATH 245.
