If the Transfer Guide directs you to register your intent to transfer using a Guaranteed Admissions Agreement or Guaranteed Program Admission Agreement, please create an account in the Transfer Virginia portal, log in, and complete the interest form under College Connect in the blue toolbar. Under Reason for Request, choose Intend to Use Transfer or Admissions Agreement. Save your request. An advisor from that institution will reach out to you.
