The International Baccalaureate (IB) program is a curriculum that is recognized worldwide in offering courses, exams, and placement to high school students through authorized IB World Schools. Based on completion of the exam and qualifying scores, college credit is awarded. Earn college credit and placement while enrolled in high school; save money and time while challenging yourself!

International Baccalaureate Subject Areas Include:

  • English Acquisition

  • Literature

  • Theater


Next Steps: If you attended a high school offering the International Baccalaureate, contact the guidance counselor there to learn what might transfer. Colleges and universities have determined which scores may be applied to the requirements for their degree programs, so you are encouraged to check scores at the institution(s) you may attend.
