Key Additional Requirements

Students must complete the transfer application and send a VCCS transcript to Mason by March 1 for fall admission or October 1 for spring admission. Prior to the semester of application, students must have completed ENG 111 and ENG 112 and one of the following MTH (154, 155, 245, 261, 263, or 288) courses with grades of C or better
Some academic majors have additional selective admission requirements including the Bachelor of Individualized Study, the College of Engineering and Computing, the College of Visual and Performing Arts, and the School of Nursing. See

George Mason Transfer Admissions Information

Students are not required to submit a GAA Letter of Intent. Students will attest to their intent to apply through the GAA within the Mason Transfer Application.
