How are Dual Enrollment Credits Treated High School students are also eligible for this GAA, who have received an Associates of Arts, Associate of Science, or Associates of Arts & Sciences.
If You Complete an Associates Degree in High School The completion of an Associate Degree concurrent with high school results in course work towards your degree and most general education courses satisfied. Students will be enrolled as a first-year student for orientation and engagement purposes.The completion of an Associate Degree results in all general education requirements being met, except for FILA 150 (an orientation class that introduces students to the BC Academic community) and FILA 450 (a senior portfolio class).
Key Additional Requirements To participate in this Guaranteed Admission Agreement (GAA), students must submit a Letter of Intent to Transfer after completing at least 15 transferable credits and have earned a 2.5 overall grade point average.
