At Radford University, we are truly a medium-sized campus with almost 10,000 students. That means you’ll meet new people every day on campus but never feel lost. Our campus community is well-known for strong faculty/student bonds, innovative use of technology, vibrant student life, and a commitment to first-generation college students.
We’re proud to offer more than 76 academic major programs across six academic Colleges. Here, you’ll find programs of study in business, health and human services, science and technology, humanities and behavioral sciences, visual and performing arts, education and human development.
Located close to the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of southwestern Virginia, you’ll find ample opportunities to explore the surrounding area. On campus, you’ll find more than 300 student clubs and organizations with opportunities ranging from archery and a cappella groups to yoga and zumba clubs.
All over our campus, there are people that want to help you succeed at Radford. Our new Academic Success Center offers a centralized place to not only access academic advising services but connect with staff and peers alike. Our Center for Career and Talent Development assists students in preparing for and finding both internships and post-graduation job opportunities. The Center for Diversity and Inclusion (CDI) coordinates activities and services to support the progress, success and concerns of underrepresented populations, including African-American, Asian-American, LatinX and Native American students.
Here, the journeys are as individual as each student. But they’re made possible by a college that’s just the right size with just the right people.
